Welcome to UrbanNutrition.com!

I’m excited to see you here, as it means you’re ready for great information and advice that will help you achieve your health and wellness goals. I’ve been a Vancouver-based Nutritionist and Registered Dietitian, and the owner of Urban Nutrition, my Nutrition Coaching Company for over 10 years, and I’ve been fortunate to work with popular television shows such as The Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp, Bulging Brides and Village on a Diet, as well as forward thinking, health minded businesses such as SAP, SliceNetwork.ca, Loblaw and BC Hydro. The most rewarding part of my work however has always been having amazing clients, but I know I can only reach so many people face to face, so my goal is to reach out and connect with more of you here, and I’m so excited to finally take this next step!

As a Dietitian, my training is to understand the science behind how what you eat will affect your mood, your body, your health and your energy, and then translate the science into how to eat best for your body type, so that you can have the body, energy and health you want. It’s really just that simple. I’m committed to providing you with the latest tips that are based on evidence-ie. research. So you’ll know that what you find here is safe, tried and true. Bottom line-it works.

I’ll be adding more information day by day, so be sure to check back often. On here you’ll find awesome resources that will safely help you with:
• Weight Loss
• Boosting Energy
• Managing Food Allergies & Sensitivities
